Pierre Soulages. La Rencontre

To celebrate its bicentenary, the Musée Fabre in Montpellier is presenting a major retrospective dedicated to Pierre Soulages, the first since the artist’s passing. The exhibition brings together around 120 works and explores Soulages’ artistic, theoretical, and emotional connections with the museum. It is structured into six non-chronological thematic chapters, creating dialogues between different periods of the artist’s work and his influences.
